Wedding Dress Wednesday :: Recap

I wasn’t able to do my usual Wedding Dress Wednesday, so here is a recap of all the collections I’ve done. Is there a style you want to see? Or a designer you love? Let me know and I may feature it in an upcoming collection. Leave a comment in the section below and tell me your thoughts. I love to hear from my readers. Cheers!

Wedding Dresses in Movies: Loved Carrie’s dress from Sex and the City? Find similar dresses that won’t do some much damage on your wallet.

Etsy Wedding Dresses: Etsy is a place where crafters can come together and sell their handmade wares. You can also find gorgeous gowns for a fraction of the cost of a designer dress.

High Necklines: High necklines are not stuffy. Sneak a peek at these svelte silhouettes.

Garden Party: Flower detailing and embellishments are found in this collection.

Summer Silhouettes: Light and breezy. Perfect for a fete outdoors.

Portland Designers: Portland, Oregon is chock full of creative artists. Here is a sampling of the unique skills found in my city.

Brides and Bridesmaids: Wedding dresses and bridesmaids are paired in this collection. Find simple details that bring the wedding party together.

Ballgown Beauties: Ballgowns are not just for a pretty, pretty, princess. Look at this week’s collection of sophisticated and gorgeous ballgowns.

Dresses with Lace: Some dresses

One Shoulder Dresses: So fashionable and of the moment, will you take the plunge and go one shouldered?

Unique Fabric Designs: The way the fabric is layered and sewn can create the most interesting patterns. Find dresses that fit this criteria.

Detail is Back: In this collection, the backs of gowns are as important as the front. Because who is watching your back? All your guests.

Short Wedding Dresses: Short, chic and sassy. Short dresses are all the rage for the non-traditional bride.

Dresses Under $500 Dollars: Exactly what the post is called. Wedding dresses do not have to be expensive to be pretty.

Michelle

I really enjoyed your Portland designers post, and wouldn’t mind seeing more from local designers. I would also like to know more about picking styles of dresses that compliment different body shapes, or finding a pattern for sewing your own dress (or having someone sew it for you).
