My Etsy shop, Prost to the Host has been open for over a year! Last year on April 9, 2009, I decided to become a pom-maker. Ha! This past year had it challenges and successes, along with meeting some great people, I also dream about poms on a daily basis. To commemorate this year of crazy cutting and pom-making, I am hosting a giveaway of a kit of 7 tissue poms (2 large, 5 medium) on my Facebook Fan Page. Tomorrow is the last day to enter.

This past Saturday, Martha Stewart and Ford joined forces and unveiled a new stamp set inspired by crafting experts at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia to accompany the Ford Warriors in Pink wear and gear. The unique stamp set is useful, versatile and very powerful. You can use them for cards, gift tags, wrapping paper or even holiday ornaments.

Free Fridays

When I was a child, the weekend felt like it took 5 years for it to come around. Now, it seems like I go to bed on Monday and wake up on Friday. Since I’ve been back from vacation, my evenings are filled with wedding planning (two upcoming weddings, making poms and makingpoms). Basically, time flies. I am definitely the type that loves to keep busy. So i am not complaining. However, I might move Free Fridays (a weekly posting) to every other week. My draft box is filling up with posts that are itching to get published. Thus, Free Friday will resume in 2 weeks. Cheers!
